Very good
Got a message from booking saying that we never stayed and were going to be charged again. Not sure what that was about... Staff were really nice though. The area is a bit far from the metro, but with a bus, you can get there. Also, the windows are all shut and/or painted black, so there will never be any natural light ever, but overall, it was a good place.

Clean, comfortable accommodations and helpful staff.
The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Huge bathtub and complimentary water, coffee/tea, and juice. Check-in was easy. When my friend and I arrived, we were actually told that we would be charged more than what was listed on booking.com due to the Busan Fireworks Festival taking place. However, when we explained that the price was cheaper when we originally booked, the woman at reception gave us the room for the original price. I really appreciated that.
I didn't like that the accommodation was a little out of the way from the main metro line. However, it was in a good enough location to easily get a taxi.

조용해서 좋았습니다.
7층에 묵었는데 욕실바닥과 벽이 만나는 부분에 크고 작은 검은 곰팡이가 너무많아서 깜짝놀랬습니다. 그리고 객실 내 소파와 테이블에 전 숙박객이 흘린 음식물 부스러기 및 양념이 뭍어있어서 불쾌했습니다.
